Volunteers load boxes and bags of food from the Greater Chicago Food Depository for residents in vehicles in the parking lot of Trinity United Church of Christ on May 1, 2020. Approximately 500 boxes of nonperishable items and bags with produce were given away today. The Greater Chicago Food Depository is doing trial runs of food drop-offs for families at sites in areas where food pantries are lacking or have closed during the coronavirus pandemic.
